A disciplined approach to every engagement

Four stages, applied consistently, whether the mandate is a single filing or a multi entity cross border restructuring.

01
Understand

We map your structure, obligations, transactions and risk exposure before any advice is offered.

02
Analyse

Positions are tested against current statute, judicial precedent and departmental practice.

03
Advise

You receive a clear written recommendation with the reasoning, the alternatives and the risk stated plainly.

04
Execute

We file, represent and follow through to closure, then hold the record for future scrutiny.

Onboarding

What the first month looks like

New engagements follow a fixed sequence so that nothing is assumed and nothing is filed before we understand what we are signing.

01
Position review

Before we file anything, we establish where you actually stand. Registrations, past filings, open notices and outstanding obligations are documented so that both sides are working from the same facts.

02
Calendar construction

Every statutory deadline applicable to your entities is mapped into a single compliance calendar with internal owners and buffer dates. This becomes the operating document for the engagement.

03
Remediation plan

Where something is outstanding, we agree a sequence and a disclosure approach with you before acting. Regularisation is handled deliberately, because the order in which it is done affects the exposure.

04
Handover and rhythm

Reporting cadence, document exchange, escalation route and review meetings are set. From this point the calendar is driven by us.

Engagement Models

Three ways to work with us

Retainer

Ongoing Compliance

A fixed monthly or annual fee covering the recurring statutory calendar, with defined deliverables and response times. Suited to businesses that want predictable cost and no gaps between filings.

Project

Defined Mandate

Scoped assignments with a clear start and finish, such as an incorporation, a transfer pricing study, a due diligence or a restructuring. Quoted in full before commencement.

Advisory

On Call Counsel

Access to considered technical opinion when a decision arises, drawn on as needed. Suited to in house finance teams that need a second view rather than a full service.

The basis of billing is agreed in writing before work begins and does not change without your written agreement. There are no unquoted charges.

Get In Touch

Begin with a position review

The first step is always establishing where you actually stand. That conversation costs you nothing and is useful whether or not you engage us.
