Most regulatory failures happen between advisors, not within them. AKA Consultants exists to close that gap.
A growing business typically accumulates advisors the way it accumulates software. A chartered accountant arrives first, for the audit. A separate consultant is engaged when GST registration becomes multi state. A company secretary is appointed once the Companies Act obligations become too technical to ignore. Somewhere along the way a transaction advisor is brought in for a funding round, and if the business looks outward, a fifth party appears to handle the overseas entity.
Each of these is competent within their scope. The difficulty is that regulatory exposure does not respect scope. A share allotment is simultaneously a secretarial event, a valuation question, a direct tax matter, and if a foreign shareholder is involved, a FEMA reporting obligation. When four parties each handle their quarter of it, the whole is frequently mishandled while every individual part appears correct.

Each engagement has a qualified professional accountable for the technical position and for your relationship.
No filing, opinion or certificate leaves the firm without an independent internal review. The reviewer is never the preparer.
Where a position involves judgement, the basis is documented at the time it is taken, with the authority relied upon.
Statutory deadlines are tracked and driven by us. You should hear from us ahead of a due date rather than after one.
